Welcome to the Paragano Organization
The Paragano Organization is the culmination of three generations of hard work and expertise in fine quality construction and property management. The Paragano story began in the 1950s when my grandfather, Vincent Paragano, founded Vincent Paragano and Sons, a general contracting firm. From there, my grandfather, my father and uncles grew the company into a fine, highly respected custom home construction business, specializing in masonry, carpentry and residential home construction. From then, our company has grown and diversified into real estate, property management, leasing and construction. Each subsidiary carries with it the fine Paragano name and tradition that New Jersey has come to know and trust, and our construction services division is quickly becoming nationally recognized for outstanding quality and fast turn-around time. We believe in hands-on involvement in every project that we undertake. We attribute our increasing success to the exceptional quality, service and value that we provide to our clients and we refuse to compromise quality to take on additional projects. Our reputation is based on these principles and our clients depend on our ability to deliver. We will never compromise these values.
